Abstract
En septiembre, el Índice de Confianza Industrial presentó una caída respecto al mismo mes del año anterior y, ajustando por factores estacionales, se contrajo frente a agosto. Las expectativas de empleo en la industria aumentaron frente al trimestre anterior, pero se ubicaron por debajo del tercer trimestre de 2015. Por su parte, la percepción de contrabando en la industria registró un deterioro frente al trimestre anterior y una leve recuperación respecto al mismo periodo de 2015. Finalmente, el Índice de Confianza Comercial disminuyó frente a agosto y se ubicó por encima del mismo mes del año anterior.
Abstract
In September, the Industrial Confidence Index showed a decline compared to the same month of the previous year, and contracted against August in the seasonally adjusted series. Employment expectations in the industry increased compared to the previous quarter, but were below the third quarter of 2015. Meanwhile, the perception of contraband in the industry registered a deterioration compared to the previous quarter and a slight recovery respect to the same period of 2015. Finally, the Retail Confidence Index decreased compared to August and was higher than the same month of the previous year.
