dc.description	En noviembre, el Índice de Confianza Industrial, ajustado por factores estacionales, aumentó frente a octubre. Pese a ello, dicho índice se mantiene en niveles inferiores a los del mismo mes del año anterior, lo cual sucede también con la utilización de la capacidad instalada y con la percepción de los industriales sobre las condiciones económicas y sociopolíticas para invertir. Por su parte, el Índice de Confianza Comercial se incrementó frente a octubre y se mantuvo en niveles superiores a los observados en el mismo mes del año anterior. Finalmente, la percepción de los empresarios acerca del ritmo y las expectativas de la construcción se deterioró respecto al trimestre anterior y frente al mismo periodo de 2015.	spa
dc.description.abstract	In November, the Industrial Confidence Index, adjusted for seasonal factors, increased compared to October. Nevertheless, this index is still lower than the same month of the previous year, which is also the case with the use of installed capacity and with the perception of industrialists about the economic and socio-political conditions to invest. For its part, the Retail Confidence Index increased compared to October and remained at levels higher than those observed in the same month of the previous year. Finally, the entrepreneurs' perception of the pace and expectations of construction deteriorated with respect to the previous quarter and compared to the same period of 2015.	spa
