Abstract
Con la llegada de diciembre inicia la última y definitiva etapa de negociación del salario mínimo para 2019. En este contexto, es fundamental que la negociación mantenga criterios técnicos incorporando las principales consideraciones sobre el impacto del salario mínimo en el mercado laboral. Por estos días las recomendaciones de la Comisión han vuelto al debate público gracias al proyecto de Ley de Financiamiento. Por lo tanto, resulta relevante revisar algunas de las propuestas del proyecto de Ley de Financiamiento que, en línea con las recomendaciones de la Comisión, intentarían simplificar el sistema tributario, hacerlo más progresivo y mejorar la competitividad del sector productivo.
Abstract
With the arrival of December, the last and final stage of negotiation of the minimum wage for 2019 begins. In this context, it is fundamental that the negotiation maintains technical criteria incorporating the main considerations on the impact of the minimum wage in the labor market. These days the recommendations of the Commission have returned to the public debate due to the Financing Law. Therefore, it is relevant to review some of the proposals of the Financing Law project that, in line with the recommendations of the Commission, would try to simplify the tax system, make it more progressive and improve the competitiveness of the productive sector.
