Abstract
En diciembre, los analistas encuestados esperan que la tasa de intervención del Banco de la República cierre el año en 9,25%. En términos de crecimiento económico prevén una variación anual del PIB de 2,2% para el cuarto trimestre de 2024 y 2,3% para el primer trimestre de 2025. Para 2024 y 2025 esperan un crecimiento de 1,8% y 2,6%, respectivamente. En relación con la inflación, los analistas la estiman en 5,15% para cierre del 2024 y en 3,9% en diciembre de 2025, de manera que convergería al rango meta a finales del próximo año. Finalmente, la expectativa de tasa de cambio para diciembre de 2024 se ubicó en $\$$4.439 y para diciembre de 2025 en $\$$4.368, respectivamente.
Abstract
In December, surveyed analysts expect the Central Bank of Colombia’s intervention rate to close the year at 9.25%. Regarding economic growth, they forecast an annual GDP variation of 2.2% for the furth quarter of 2024 and 2.3% for the first quarter of 2025. For 2024 and 2025, they anticipate growth rates of 1.8% and 2.6%, respectively. In terms of inflation, analysts estimate it at 5.14% by the end of 2024, and at 3.9% by the end of 2025, so it will enter the Central Bank’s target range by the end of next year. Lastly, the expected exchange rate for December 2024 is projected at $\$$4,439 and for December 2025 at $\$$4,368, respectively.
